KIA Learning House is changing the lives of young Masai children and giving them the tools they need to make a difference in their communities.

In a world where education is often taken for granted, there are still places where access is a dream for many children.

The KIA Learning House on the outskirts of Arusha, Tanzania, is one such place. It is a Project Based Learning (PBL) school for Masai children.

We dared to dream big, and that dream has blossomed into a beautiful reality for the children in our village.

Building new classrooms  for elementary students

Our students live in a small village of very modest means.

Our students engaging in a movement game, blending fun and math concepts,  as they learn through play.

We are a tuition-free food-science Project Based Learning school.

Through hands-on projects integrating food science, nutrition, sustainability, agricultural science, and environmental studies, our students tackle real-world challenges. By empowering them to generate their own vision and models of sustainable systems, we equip our students with the knowledge and skills to create positive change in their community and contribute to a more sustainable future.
